Tips for having a good time while finding this box are: bring insect repellent, a compass, and a stamp pad. Wear old shoes, as some areas may become muddy after rain. This letterbox is located atop Green Mountain in the Madison County Nature Trail.

Begin at the main trail and walk through the covered bridge. Continue on past the farm implements. Pass a bat box on your right and continue to the boardwalk. After crossing, stay on the main trail.

Pass a second bat box on your right. Where the main trail splits in two, choose the path at 90 degrees EAST. Then, at the fork in the path, head NORTH for 78 steps. Take the small trail to the right and find the rhinocerus tree; circle around the tree; the horn points the way. Locate the tree with twin trunks, and at it's base you will find what you seek.

Please cover the box carefully when returning it to its hiding place. Drop us an e-mail to let us know if the box needs attending to, or if you had a good time. We hope you enjoy the walk and our playful clues!
