BOX IS CURRENTLY INACTIVE AS LOGBOOK AND STAMP IS MISSING AND BUSINESS WILL BE MOVING. CHECK BACK FOR FUTURE STATUS.

Originally placed by Grace To You and adopted in July 2008 by J-Corn.

One of Mid-Missouri's most enthusiastic and energetic letterboxers - McMonkeyMom - celebrated a rather large birthday (not that there’s anything wrong with that) and this box was planted in her honor in 2007. As such, it will require some foreknowledge of McMonkeyMom and one of her shared obsessions with Grace To You – Seinfeld, specifically episode #137.

While getting to know McMonkeyMom, mostly on letterboxing expeditions during which they regaled each other with their favorite Seinfeld quotes, Grace To You couldn’t help but notice how much alike she and McMonkeyMom were. Then it hit her - McMonkeyMom was the bizarro Grace to You (see reference to Seinfeld episode #137)!

Thus, the location for the Bizarro letterbox is a downtown business on East Broadway between 8th and 9th that could qualify as McMonkeyMom’s place of employment in the bizarro world (Big Clue People). Don't be envious as you descend upon the business, and it won’t be difficult to find the hiding spot if you know McMonkeyMom’s real name.

If you don't know McMonkeyMom's former place of employment or first name but you'd still like to hunt for this box, contact me and I'll send you those two bits of information. You have everything else you need; we think!

As this is a business, please be stealthy in your letterboxing activities so you don’t draw undue attention from the other shoppers. You may want to remove the contents to an outdoor area where you won’t stand out while stamping up, but please use discretion while returning them to their hiding spot. If you feel the employees on duty are suspicious of your activities, alert them to the card taped to the counter that explains about letterboxing.

Thanks to ahistory, who contributed the logbook and creative consultation. Thanks to Grace To You for creating this box and allowing me to adopt it.
