**Note: This box was lost in a brush fire and will most likely not be replaced.

I came across this store-bought stamp at Christmastime last year. Although most of my stamps are handmade now, this one really struck me and I decided it needed a letterbox home. Whether you pray for peace in the Middle East, peace in the U.S., peace from the war on drugs, or just some peace and quiet, peace is something we all desire. To me, the word “peace” has a connotation of quiet, safety, security, and reminds me that God is watching over me and I need not worry. I welcome you to share this symbol of peace with me.

From the intersection of Highways 175 and 155 in downtown Frankston, take Hwy 175 south for 1.8 miles and start looking for the “Mt. Olive/Woffard Cemeteries” sign pointing to the left (east). This is also CR 307. Take 307 for approximately 0.4 mile to a little church on the left. The church is not signed but it is the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. The cemetery is behind the church. Drive through the gate and park at the end of the blacktop.

From the front of your car (you should be facing a headstone for Hall), walk straight towards the back of the cemetery to a large pine tree on the fence line. This pine tree is between two white markers. Facing the pine tree, the marker on the right is for Rev. R.E. Euell and the marker on the left is for Ewell. The box is at the base of the pine tree on the cemetery side closest to the Ewell marker.

Note: Thanks to JBKokopelli for planting this one for me on her way home from one of our marathon boxing weekends in DFW.
