Check out the views of Montmorency Falls!!! We were there for the spectacular international fireworks competition.. a highly recommended attraction during July!
Parking on a regular day was about $9.00.
You can either take the cable car up (to the left of the Falls) or the stairs (to the right of the Falls). The stairs really aren't as bad as they look! Just rest at each platform and enjoy the view!
These directions are from the "stairs" side of the bridge that goes over the falls.
Head east. Just before you come to the 2nd lampost, you will see a wide wooded path to your left. Follow this path to a 5 way intersection. Once you arrive at this intersection, you want to head 270 degrees west to the next intersection. At this intersection, look 305 degrees to the Birch Tree.
There is a gathering of rocks with a well in the middle. The letterbox awaits you.
We don't get up to Quebec that often, so please feel free to drop me a line and let me know how our box is doing.
This was our first placed box!
Please make sure the box is sealed properly and the bag is ziplocked.
Enjoy!!!
