This box is hidden in Almond Avenue Park:

Park on the street next to the platform with picnic tables. Follow the paved path to the left of the playground. When you hit the T intersection after the playground, continue going straight onto the grass. Keep walking until you reach the last row of trees that will be perpendicular to the direction you're walking in. Turn right and walk beside the path of trees. When you reach the last tree, stand directly in front of it facing the school trailer.
Walk into the trees. Once inside go until you are by the fence. You'll see an AC with the number 21 on it. Turn left. Walk 2 steps. The box is hidden at the base of a tree.
