Atari in the Park LbNA # 34381 (ARCHIVED)
|Placed Date||Aug 22 2007|
This is my first letterbox/geocache. I hope that you enjoy it a little. Right now it is in a very small container and has no ink pad in it. The stamp is also a bit crude but it works.
Also, because of the size of the container, there is limited room in the log book, so please try to save as much space on each page as possible for other boxers. Consider this canister temporary. When this box gets a few visitors I will update it and make it much more interesting.
You will find this letterbox in Alfred A. Ring Park.
From it's location you can be spotted by people coming from two sides of the trail, so be careful and find/hide it quick.
Begin at the north entrance to the Park off of 23rd. Go ahead and begin your journey up the path until you get to the picnic area. Follow these directions further along the path from there.
Hang right until the second bench
and there you ought to find
Behind the bench, under a log
some toadstools that mark your find.
Watch for ants! And if the first person to find this box could email me and let me know that they found it/ that it isn't MIA already, that would be great!
