CC Lowell sells all things related to the arts (and crafts).

You enter the store from the south. Check out the scrapbooking, specialty papers and invitations. Follow the ramp north east down into the body of the store and see the variety of easels and graphic arts desks. Then check out the selection of canvas on your right and on the left foam board, poster board and coloring pencils and the childrens art section.
The next section has clay and carving tools, linoleum blocks, stamp carving material plus screen printing ink & lumiere paint. The end cap in September 2008 had fantastic Nantucket bags with 21 pockets for your craft or painting supplies. Around the corner are textured paper, water color paint, spray paint, acrylic paint and paintbrushes.
Head toward a place that will showcase a picture in a perfect frame. Turn right, right and left until you find three racks of single sheet drawing paper, next to sketch books and pads of newsprint. Under the rack of Arches Classic / Canson edition paper, in the bottom right corner lies the box you seek. Find a space at the back counter, floor or table to stamp in then return the box to it's hidden spot. FYI this box is big enough for a hitchhiker or two! The manager, Kristen, and employees know about the box. Thanks Kristen!
You just completed a counterclockwise spiral in the shape of the number 5 to reach this spot. I hope you picked up some Mastercarve for stamps, carving tools or a new logbook. CC Lowell carries the moleskin blank logbooks too. They also have a frequent buyer card for artists like me! I hope you enjoy the store!
