The Crying Eagle - Box 3 (September 11th)
The crying eagle has become a symbol of the tragedy of September 11th. I thought it only appropriate that
the location of this box be the Whitehouse Cemetery, in honor of those who were killed on that tragic day.
Directions
From 110, go to 346 and turn east on 346. There will be sign on the left side of 346, but you will be making
a right turn onto Memory Lane. Continue on Memory Lane until you see the cemetery and then pull into the entrance for Section 1 and park before you go into the cemetery. Once you are parked, look to your left and you should see a wooden fence post among a cedar tree with a lot of bushy undergrowth. The Crying Eagle is at the base of that post.
