The Pirate's Hidden Treasure Map:

Clues: A little thinking, but not too difficult
Trails: easy, good for kids

Clue:

After finding his lost parrot near the Table in the Woods, the pirate met with his crew. He had found a secret treasure map. He wanted to hide the map where no one would be able to find it. He knew that people had found his meeting place at the table. He also knew that people had been searching for his parrot. So he decided to leave town and headed east. He traveled some time until he came to a few boroughs. He went to the northern borough. The pirate then searched for a good hiding place for his map when he came to some woods and trails with a name that made him think of Sir ______ Hillary of Mt. Everest fame. He didn't want to forget where he hid the map so he wrote down a few clues to help him remember.

The road that leads to the trails made him think of Ethan _______ and the Green Mountain Boys.

Park in the parking lot and head up the trail.
Take a left at 13.
From 18 continue up trail approximately 12 paces. Pass large oak tree on the left.
Spot rock wall on left.
Spot double trunked tree with a dead tree leaning between them.
Go to this tree.
Just to the right of the tree spot a large rock on top of wall with a semicircle rock below it.
The pirate hid the map behind the semicircle rock.

PLEASE REHIDE WELL AND DO NO HARM TO THE ROCK WALL.
