This cemetery so moved me that I want to share it with others who might not know about it. Please be very respectful of those resting here and wait until no one’s around to retrieve the box.

From Interstate 89 north (should work for southbound also) take exit 4 to route 66 east. This will take a sharp left, go past Floyd’s General Store on the right, take the next right and follow signs for the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery. Cemetery hours are 7:00 a.m. to dusk, no dogs.

Look at the map on the left as you enter, go to the chapel, circle around the chapel and on your way back out, park on the right near the terraced area (the Memorial Garden) the road is wide enough at this point. Walk towards the steps, passing a bench for Charles Crawford. Facing the steps look left at the tree line, spot a two sister tree with a stump in front of it. Walk left 2 or 3 trees and peer into the woods (6 feet?) for a quartz rock between two trees. Look behind the one on the left.

Please take this to a safer place to stamp in (your car or the steps would work) and rehide well.
Thanks.
