HAVE HAD A REPORT THAT THERE ARE FIRE ANTS AND BEES AROUND THIS BOX. TAKE PRECAUSIONS.
Phalba TX is located on Hwy 198 between Mabank TX and Canton TX. It is in Van Zandt County.
To the box
When you get to Phalba, (Don't blink) you will see in the big dangerous curve on the southeast side of the road a building. I think it use to be a church but I really don't know. It is in need of a makeover. There is a Texas Historical sign so it must be important. It also has another sign that says it is the Phalba Community Center. Now where do we plant this box. It seems that we Texas letterboxers are partial to cedar trees so a cedar tree is where we will plant this box. As you look at this building, look to your left. You will see a large cedar tree. The box is about 4 ft. high in this tree. Please replace where you found it and recover well. Thanks
