In Burlington, head for the river and the Port of Burlington Welcome Center. There's great views of the Mississippi here.
To find the box, go to the north end of the parking lot, just before the boat ramp. Where the grass stops, find an arrow in the concrete. Look to the right end of the first big rock.
Cover well when you're done.
