This letterbox will introduce you to an elderly volcano, a bird on stilts, the Australian Outback, & an annoying boxing promoter. All before breakfast. From the entrance to Montana de Oro State Park, drive 1 mile to a small pullout on your right, oddly situated in the middle of a eucalyptus forest (an Australian native). Walk up a small hill between 2 grotesquely contorted trees reminiscent of Don King having a bad hair day. Walk under the Don King on your left as you ascend the hill. At 120 paces, you'll reach a t-bone in the trail. Go right 50 paces to a gray rock under a bush on your right. Unless you arrived on the short bus, the rest should be self-explanatory.
