The Chevrolet Corvette is a sports car first manufactured by Chevrolet in 1953 and is built today exclusively at a General Motors assembly plant in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It was the first all-American sports car built by an American car manufacturer. The National Corvette Museum is also located in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Directions from I-65: Take exit 28 and follow the signs to the National Corvette Museum.

Park in the visitors parking lot. Walk around the back of the museum, passing the RV parking. You will see two picnic platforms back by the treeline. Facing them, you want the one on the left. See the large tree in the woods to the left of the platform? Walk into the woods toward it and look under the rocks at it's base.

Please make sure the box is closed and rehidden well.

If you have time, visit the museum. The 68,000 sq. ft. building houses more than 50 Corvette models and one-of-a-kind concept cars spanning the history of Corvette. You may also tour the Assembly Plant which is located across from the museum.
