This is an easy one and probably my last one in California.
Head for the Berkeley Marina. It's at the end of University Blvd. As you approach over the causeway, take the right road. Go all the way to the end--by the sailing school--and park as near as possible. Actually, you can park anywhere along the road and walk down too. It's a beautiful area, especially on an Indian Summer day like today.
Once you get to the end, take the path to the left. Stay along the water. After you pass the second bench, look for the Helen Rand Parish rock. Sit on the rock, check out the great view of SF and do a little dreaming. When you're ready, reach down along the side to your right and look for the micro box under a couple of smaller boxes.
This is a popular spot so be careful of onlookers.
