easy walk about 20 minutes round trip.

South side of Kokomo. From U.S. 31 turn West onto Center Road (300 South) go .9 mile, turn right onto Park Road (100 West). Then turn right into JACKSON-MORROW PARK.
Park is DOG FRIENDLY.

Jackson-Marrow Park offers 100 acres of open spaces, woodland, a 1.3 mile paved walkpath, playground, sheltered picnic areas, collegiate basketball court, sand volleyball courts, and a sledding hill.
The Kirkendall Interpretive Nature Center has a large diorama of preserved animals native to Howard County, live animal exhibits, displays about natural resources, and a bird watching area.

Take the paved walking path towards the Nature Center, pass the water fountains (for people and PETS), continue pass brown building up the hill, turn right at the paved path towards grave site (a little history),Continue pass sign, take first NON-PAVED path on your left. When you come to nature's Amphitheatre over looking the creek,As you stand on the path looking UP towards the huge rocks, there is one large tree in the area.To the right and behind the large tree there are 3 large rocks together.Rock 2 is protecting "to take flight".
Enjoy this lovely site.If you like take the beautiful walk back to the parking lot thur the woods.Choose your path at the bench-paved path or Nature's trail (you will come out in the grass area next to the parking lot.
