The Luling Oil stamp brings you to the Infomration Center for Luling and some great facts in the musuem. You do not have to go when the museum is open. The museum is located at 421 E Davis St. Directly across from the musuem is a new water fountain made to look like an oil rig. The letter box is located in the middle of a hollowed out crepe Mrytle near the railroad tracks on the east side of the fountain when facing fountain and museum is to your back.
It is the one with a short trunk, low to the ground (about 2 ft off the ground) where the branches start to branch. You can find the box from the side nearest the tracks and covered with bark etc...
Happy Boxing!
