**BE ADVISED, AS OF 8/1/12, THIS LETTERBOX IS MISSING IN ACTION. WE WILL BE RECARVING AND REPLACING SHORTLY WITH NEW CLUES**
Doggone It! Dog Series
“Clover” box
This box is the first in a series called “Doggone It!” The purpose of these “Doggone It” boxes is to provide those letterboxers, that bring their dogs letterboxing, quests that are dog-friendly, i.e.: dogs are allowed on the trail.
The Clover box was created in memory of Clover, Rachel’s family’s Bichon Frise. Bichons are small dogs and so the walk to find this box is a short walk.
Clues:
This box is hidden in Parkdale Park in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Take HWY 39/51 North. Exit on HWY 10E. Take a left on Badger Ave (shortly, but not immediately after you pass Fleet Farm). Follow Badger and you will see a sign for Parkdale Park on the right. Park and start walking at the trail head. As you are walking, you will come upon a fork in the path. At the fork, continue on the path that is at 62º. At the “V” of birches, head east. While on the bridge, go 20 steps from the tree on the left with the knot. There you will find the box. Look out for trolls on the North Side!
