From Hwy 50 going to Placerville take the Mather Field exit and go right.

STAY ON YOUR RIGHT & GO AROUND THE BEND
Once you go around the bend you’re going to get into the left lane. There’s a light at a street that shares the first name of our favorite bunny rabbit.
You should turn left there.

AND SEE A BIG PLANE on your right
Just keep going straight on past and around another bend
CROSS OVER ARMSTRONG (He was an astronaut-and was the first one to land on the moon)
When you get to a stop sign you’ll turn left. This is Mather Blvd.
You’re going to go down this road and past some helicopters.
(Watch out for low flying planes though)
Keep on going—finally there will be a stop (Douglas) turn left
And keep going until you see two rusted men looking through something that allows you to see far away. They are pointing to the sky.
When you see them you make right.
On the left you will see a park, go into the lot. Of course there is a fee for this public place.
GO TO MATHER LAKE
WALK DOWN THE BIKE TRAIL
WOODDEN pole with yellow strips
two trash cans chained around a wooden square block
when the tree's stop you went to far

Now look around and you will see---
