Find the park in La Habra whose name is Spanish for “west”

“West” Park is 4.56 acres in size and was developed in 1965. The park includes two playgrounds, restrooms, BBQ grills, picnic tables, and drinking fountains.

Gemini 5 (officially Gemini V) was a 1965 manned spaceflight in NASA's Gemini program. It was the 3rd manned Gemini flight, the 11th manned American flight and the 19th spaceflight of all time

Park in the parking lot and follow the path to the playground

According to the writings of the Roman Aulus Gellius, in c. 400 BC, a Greek Pythagorean named Archytas, propelled a wooden bird along wires using steam.

To the west of the playground is a ride to the moon.

The first rocket to reach space was the German V2 missile on October 3, 1942.

27 steps Northwest from the North leg of the spaceship the grass curves around a juniper hedge. Walk four-six steps from the curve along the border between the hedge and the grass.

A space vehicle must move at a rate of at least 7 miles per second to escape Earth's gravitational pull. This is equivalent to going from New York to Philadelphia in about 20 seconds.

You should see a bushy opening. Hidden about two-to-three feet into the bush on the left side at ground level is the letterbox. Don't give up it's way in there! (You will need to kneel down to reach under it.)

It only takes the Space Shuttle about 8 minutes to accelerate to its orbital speed of more than 17,000 miles per hour.

Please rehide well and be wary of watchful eyes.

The Space Shuttle main engine weighs 1/7th as much as a train engine, but delivers as much horsepower as 39 train engines.

Let me know if the box goes missing.

The speed required for a spacecraft or other object to completely escape the gravitational pull of the Earth (escape velocity) is approximately about 25,000 mi/hr.
