Caprock Winery is located south of Lubbock, Texas. It has a large facility, which looks brand new. Staff is friendly. Many choices of wine to taste (fee), but of the ones we tried they were at best average. Reserve Cab being probably of favorite.
Directions:
From Lubbock, go south on Hwy 87 to Woodrow. Turn left and go to winery on the right (large building). Park in the lot on the left.
To the Microbox:
Walk to the circle in the middle of the circle driveway enterance, standing at the curg in front of the pathway into the circle center with your back to the parking area. Go left along curb for 4 steps. Go right (into circle) for 2 steps to a rock pile. Box is under the largest rock (lift it up).
