Located in the beautiful small town of Mentone, Alabama! A great place to get away for peace, quiet & beautiful outdoors.

From C.R. 48 to C.R. 106, drive until you see a sign that says Lookout Mountain Boys Camp (be careful, this road takes you up a steep narrow mountain!)
Park on the dirt road near the sign.
Find the worn foot path to the dam. Walk carefully down a rocky pathway. (This used to be an old road that led to a functioning bridge/Lahusage Dam on the East Fork Little River) Take a long look at the dam & enjoy the sight of the pretty Lahusage River & waterfalls....but be careful!
Turn around and walk back to the beginning of the dam. Find Diane at 10 o'clock. Can you tell who she loved in 2001?
Walk up to Diane and to the right, behind a skinny tree, beneath a flat rock you will find me.
Good Luck! But be sure to poke around first....snakes ARE possible! Older kids would enjoy...but its not a place for little ones!!!
