CLUES.

19 miles east of the junction of US-62/180 (Montana Ave) and Loop-375 is the junction of US-62/180 and Loma Linda Boulevard. This intersection is on the western edge of Hudspeth County at the eastern entrance to Pow-Wow Canyon. The letterbox is about 1.2 miles west of this intersection.

From the intersection of US-62/180 and Loma Linda Boulevard drive west into Pow-Wow Canyon. The road will curve to the left, then back to the right, then to the left again. In this 3rd curve you will see a guard rail on the right side. At the end of the guard rail there will be a FALLING ROCK sign. Immediately after this sign there is a place to turn right and be well off the road. Turn right there and park.

Keeping the FALLING ROCK sign to your back, sight a compass heading of 30º True. On this heading up the hill about 50 feet there is a large rock. Climb to the rock. On the east side of the rock there is a drill-hole through the rock. Facing the drill-hole, the letterbox is under the right corner of the big rock with smaller rocks piled on top. Please recover well.

While in the area, consider visiting Hueco Tanks for the letterbox placed in the park.

ENJOY!
