We made this letterbox shortly after our beloved greyhound, Indigo, passed away last October. Unfortunately, since we live in Minnesota, we weren't able to hide it because of snow and ice and such. Our Florida vacation proved to be the ideal time to place his memorial ... and our first letterbox!

Driving south on Military Trail from Yamato Road,
you'll pass Lynn University on your right. At the Banyan Trail stoplight, turn left into the road marked No Outlet. Drive past the Gallery Center (which, ironically, used to be called Indigo Galleries) and TravelPro. You'll see the sign for Mizner Bark, the Boca Raton Dog Park. Go past the first parking lot to the end of the road and turn left into the overflow parking lot. Drive straight to the end of the lot. You'll see the dog park fenced in green chain link on your left and in front of you, a random silver chain link that ends abruptly. Park close to that silver fence; that's your starting point.

Walk around the right of the silver fence into the brush/grass area. Look left towards the Dog Park and you will see a wooden fence. Walk past the wooden fence towards the mulched path and the dog park. Turn to your left towards the small grove of 2 palm trees and a sea grape. Walk about 5 steps down and look to your left for a metal pole with a lock on it. The Best Dog Ever letterbox is under some brush behind the pole.
