Well, let' see, there really is no direct way to get to Sanibel Island, is there? I mean, unless you are getting there by boat, sooner or later you're gonna end up by that TOLL BOOTH. So bite the bullet and expect to pay their $6.00, which actally is worth it. What a beautiful place!

Turn RIGHT at Periwinkle Way and drive slowly (wildlife crossing) towards Captiva Island.

Keep going until the end, when you have to turn. Turn RIGHT at the stop sign - Tarpon Bay.

Drive for a short distance and then turn LEFT at Sanibel Captiva Road.

Remember to drive slow and help protect wildlife.

Feel free to stop at the amazing SHELL MUSEUM on your left or the DING DARLING (that's a fun name, huh?) NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, on your right.

Keep going straight and follow the curve.

Enjoy the view of the beautiful beach on your left and amazing homes and hotels on your right.

Follow the arrows as the road becomes Captiva Drive.

Drive slowly. There may be lots of pedestrians.

Turn RIGHT at "The Bubbles." (Andy Roose Ln)

Go straight towards the Pelicans.

GO between the White Fences.

On your left will be THREE PALM TREES.

Look behind the middle palm tree and you will find your treasure.

Be prepared. This is not a "normal" letterbox. This is part of an ongoing game, too. Check out www.c-o-d-e-r-e-d.com for more info.

Don't forget your camera! You'll know why when you find your treasure.

Happy treasure seeking.

Life is an adventure!
