this is kind of a tricky one!
First you need to find the star on Earl Garret St. downtown. then make your way across the Bank of America parking lot and down the stairs towards the river.
Go down the steps and turn left and walk down to the small cement bridge. make your way across the bridge turn right at the end of the bridge, and walk thirty five steps up the small path.
You will see a rocky clearing and in that clearing is a big boulder. search around the perimeter of the boulder for the letterbox.
When you find the letterbox make sure you rehide it!
