This is a new box and a new stamp image from the original Scarlett and Rhett box which is now retired. It is in the same cemetery as the original..but new location

This box is located in Dialville. To get to Dialville, go south on Highway 69 in Jacksonville till you get to Loop 456. Turn right on Loop 456 until you get to 347 and
turn left. Stay on 347 until you get to downtown Dialville. From the intersection of Loop 456 and 347, go 5.8 miles to 1910 and turn right. Go 0.5 mile on 1910 and you will see Rocky Springs Cemetery. Turn into the church/cemetery parking lot and follow the road until you are next to the basketball court on your right and a little wooden shed on your left. Park next to the wooden shed.

Getting to the letterbox is easy, but to understand the connection between Gone With the Wind and this location, you will need to take a little walk. From the tree next to the garbage container, look across the cemetery and you will see see a wrought iron fence a little to your right and then further up the hill you will see a second wrought iron fence a little to your left. Walk to the second wrought iron fence, and then look at the grave on
the right outside of the fence. There is a historical marker there that explains it.

Now to the letterbox
Get back into your car and continue down the road until you get to the next part of the cemetery over the creek The paved drive will end, but you can still drive right up to the large lone cedar tree in the cemetery. Right behind the cedar is a tall pine tree along the fence line. Scarlett and Rhett are resting below that pine tree.
Please recover the box really well. The church is still in use. Please email me and let me
know the condition of the box when you find it. ENJOY!!!
