This is an indoor letterbox located in Needham Center, Massachusetts, and accessible on Fridays 3:30pm-10pm, Saturdays 11am-10pm, Sundays 11am-6pm, (It is located inside a business, however no purchase is neccisary).
When answering the riddle, if there is the word "the" start with the next word.
Start in front of Town Hall,
with your back to the gate.
Proceed forward towards the park,
and only go straight.
Watch the ground,
and try not to stare,
stop on the spot,
where the "circle gets the square".
From here you'll search the signage,
from high and low,
for the clues you'll need,
telling you where to go.
Enter your answers,
in the chart below.
Take the first letter of the second word,
you'll always enjoy going there,
'cause they'll give you a cheery 'hello"!
at this place the art is in the cuisine.
The second letter of the first word
is the one you need.
this sign is real plain,
a spectacle it's not!
The third letter of the first word,
Now, that's really HOT!
of real value, you can find gold and
silver here. The first letter of the
first word will get you here.
not average at all.
The last letter of his non plural name,
is a very good call!
take a "gander" or a peek.
The second letter of the first word,
is the one you seek.
the first letter of the first word will
help your clue blossom.
The second letter of the first word
will satisfy your craving.
you'll see a sign so high!
The last letter of the second word.
hope you hook the last letter of
the first word for your clue!

The words above,
name something rare and neat!
It's visible from the common,
and walkable with your feet!
To get to the object,
and cross the intersection with care,
use the walk lights if necessary,
or j-walk if you dare!
facing the street
Stand under the object itself,
across the road
is the treasure you seek,
Walk your way down,
as quiet as you can,
To get the stamp,
state the date it all began.
Hint: Add yourself to the “kids” playing ring around the rosie on the common. Take the number of children including yourself and multiply it by two. It is at this number that it is so quiet you could hear a “pin” drop.
If the people that work there don't know of the letterbox or where it is, tell them to look in the space behind the laptop.
