update: as of April 17, 2011 this box is alive & well. Location changed slightly from original place.
New clues are below.
This is an easy find. It's for those who have hiked miles only to find the box missing. This is a drive and find box. It's located in a place that is popular with local fishermen, so be discreet. Also, be careful of ticks.
Clues:
Off Hwy 74 just west of Bryson City is a small paved road - Needmore Road.
On Needmore Road, pass Maple Springs Church,
Follow the long & winding road
Go over the One Lane Bridge
look for "Adopt a Highway - The Bradshaw Family"
park in the turnout by the cable bridge
on the other side of the public cable foot bridge
under the stairs at the base of the wooden post
you'll find the box under rocks.
