The Avon Land Trust now claims the land and I had hoped that the trails had been maintained. Upon checking on 11/8/17 there was NO trail to be found and everything has become overgrown. Now we will never see Olivia again....
This is planted in honor of Krusty Krab's 9th birthday. I was out boxing with her last weekend and she had a story to tell about Olivia. You will have to ask her about that, tho!
Once you have found the LOVELY NORTHGATE look for the pond on the left. Follow the trail across the stream-it was a stream today but may not be one when it's really dry. Look for the double stump on the left. Didn't see any poisin ivy but did see wild rose and/or blackberry canes. Something with thorns, anyway. Be careful. Behind the closest tree is the box. Rehide carefully-I didn't have a lot of cover when I planted it.
I have no idea where the rest of the trail leads, except UP. Didn't have time to explore when I planted today. Nor do I know if it is actually public land so be extra discreet.
