Singers Glen Community Cemetery Adult Clues
1. A family named ‘Good’ established this burying ground in 1826. Walk up the path from the front door of the white shed; follow the path until you find a rose bud in heaven who was three days old.

2. Singers Glen was originally called Mountain Valley. It was renamed in 1860 when a post office was established. Find the stone guarded by a sleeping angel and woodland creatures.

3. Go 5 stones to your right and look up to find the Hoover Hearts.

4. Look west. Go to the cone shaped, black stone that has stained glass in the top.

5. Walk to your left toward the tallest tree, find the stone with a rectangular border and 4 cube flowerpots, there are three people buried there.

6. Singers Glen was the birthplace of Southern Gospel Music in the US. Look diagonally to your left, find the stone of Gwen Funk that is shaped like a diamond.

7. Look up and walk toward the huge stone tablet of Edwin W., Emma Susan, and Rev. Kingsley Willard Funk.

8. Look behind the tablet and go to the stone with the harp. This stone belongs to Joseph Funk. He is the founder of Singers Glen.

9. Now go to the very last row of gravestones. Find the one shaped like a chopped down tree of Benjamin and Lucinda Driver
