Getting to this letterbox can be quite easy or more challenging, if you desire. Taco's Toy is placed on top of Skinner Mountain and you can drive up to the top or hike up to the top. However you arrive at Skinner Park, start in the parking lot closest to the old white building. Walk up the paved path towards the picnic area, keeping the summit house on your left. Pass the summit house and walk to the information board. From here, the path bears right and turns to dirt... the pavement ends. travel on dirt path towards the airplane monument, it is on the right and easy to spot. When you get to the memorial stone, you can walk around the whole thing, reading both sides. To find the letterbox from here, stand at the memorial, looking out over the view (not facing the mountain). Turn left and face the white flag pole. Gaze past the the right side of the pole see ahead a tree missing quite a lot of bark. It is quite easy to see the tree because it is the only one in that direction missing patches of bark. At the base of this tree, look for a pile of rocks. There you will find Taco's Toy.
