CLUE: To find Wally West , you need to head west after crossing the bridge into holden beach. Look for the handicap public access close to quinton. Take the stair , not the ramp. Stop and read the rip current sign. Look down where you are standing , at the post. To the right of the post , under the sand is what you seek
