This letterbox starts where Dragon Tails leaves off.
After finding the Dragon Tails letterbox
Walk back to the climbing tree
find the sidewalk to the left of the tree
walk past the soda machines about 100 feet til this
sidewalk stops
Look right and you will see a small 4 foot palm
there is a small 10 inch corner the palm fronds are touching
the letterbox is buried there.
Hide back well.
