The Dragons fire letterbox is dedicated to all those people that suffer from Bipolar disorder, their Families and Freinds; without their support we would not be allowed to live a normal life. Bipolar disorder is a chemical imbalance in the brain that causes a miriad of different effects many of which are very dibilitating. The disorder is known to those of us that have it as the Dragon; the effects are the fire. Having Bipolar disorder myself, I am very in tune to those effects and concider myself very fortunate to have supportive family and freinds to help me through. Not everyone does. Persons with Bipolar disorder often benefit from quiet, serene environments. Thus for this reason I have chosen the Norwich Rose Garden as the place for this box. While you are there, take time to enjoy the sights and the fragrences that abound when the roses are in bloom. Please be very careful in your quest as this is a busy place on warm days with all those seeking to enjoy the beauty. please be discreat.

To get there from Rt.2 east, follow Rt.2 east to the end of the Rt.2/32 connector. Turn right onto Washington street past the WW Backus hospital. Follow Washington street to the "Y" intersection and bear left onto Broadway, then imediate left onto Crescent street. Follow Crescent street to the stop sign and turn left onto Rockwell street. Cross over McKinley ave. and take a left onto Judd road. the Rose Garden is on your left.

Pass through the opening in the poles and bear left into the garden. Pass through the Arbor on the left, (there are three) Take time to admire the beauty and the fragrance. continue straight and pass through another arbor. Here turn right and walk the main walkway. Take note the walkways are all grass and bordered by the different rose beds.Pass the flag pole in the center of the garden and turn left through another arbor. Meander through this rose bed and pass through another arbor in the back. Once through the last arbor, take a compass reading of 320' and rest on the bench you find there. While you face the garden enjoy its beauty, take a compass reading of 230' and look over your right shoulder. There in the back between the twin rocks is your quest. Please be careful not to be seen and rehide when youre done.

In a world of ordinary things I am special. While the worries of life pull others down, I know that all one has to do is open their wings and fly towards a brighter light. When the cold darkness of despair causes others to fear, I remain calm knowing that my inner fire will always keep me warm. When others fear, I am there to share my power and magical spirit. While others may bluster and threaten I stand quietly. For true power and strength shine without need of help. In a world of the ordinary and mundane, I am special. I am a dragon; I am special.
