Box replanted on 9 May 10 - same stamp, different location.

Start about half a block east of the intersection of a bush and John Adams’ middle name.

Now known as Parking Lot W, this was the site of Mercer House, where Psychiker lived in 1989-1991. There’s no fake nostalgia here – Mercer was home to some good guys who had great beer-fueled water fights but it became something of a dumping ground and its closure in 1991 was not a major loss. The house was on the alley and when the rental house on the street burned a few years later, the university bought that property and leveled all of it, turning it first into a grassy patch and finally into this lot.

Most things start somewhere, and your search starts here.

Go west until you experience metanoia, then go south until you see a famous wrestling match. This is also a good place to look at the city.

When you’re ready, find the staircase on the left, north of the map, and descend until a sign indicates that you’ve reached either a forest or a conglomerated school. Turn right and walk to a giant erector set. Turn right, then take the next left, then turn right into the alumni rose garden. It's OK if you look lost.

No homework is necessary but have a seat and feel free to ponder Shakespeare, Rogers, Coors, and Nietzsche awhile, then look behind Our Lady of Scranton, beneath the sticks and rocks that hold the leaves together.

Bring your own purple ink.

You can return to the start by making two left turns and turning again to go uphill.
