Wolf Cub Den One of Troy's Cub Scout Pack 30 planted their first box outside of Alparon Park on RT14 just north of Troy,PA.

At times this Park is empty and a nice place for a picnic or a family baseball or kick ball game. Picnic tables and a few small grills are present. There is a nice Track to walk, run or ride bikes on. There is a swimming pool (June-Aug) and a roller-skating rink (Oct-May) at the other end of the park. At other times this park is home to the Troy Fair (end of July) and many football and baseball events. There are many special events through out the year such as farm equipment auctions, circus shows and special shows.

To begin your search you may park your car near gate three Parking lot. You will walk over to the little Blue entrance building at Gate 3 to the Park. But, do not enter the park. Turn around with your back to the park and look outside the park for a large Red Gate hooked to a Green Bridge over the Creek. This gate is the entrance to the Rod and Gun club. You will not enter that either.
Go to the gate. Go to the right side of the gate and look for a small path going down the side of the creek bank that goes "under" the bridge. Go under the bridge. As soon as you get under the bridge look up to your left on the Concrete support. There you will find what the Wolf Packs has left, with several large flat rock sitting on top of it. Please hide it as well as you found it, as I am sure kids play in the creek often. There is something very special in there for the first finder. Please report if this box has gotten wet. Have fun.
