This one is a quick drive-by. As of 4/22/17 all is well. Thanks to Mother Goose for the new book.
Going west on Rt 4 from Cornwall Bridge, there will be an old picnic area with only one table on the right shortly after you cross into Sharon. If you cross a brook or get to East St., you’ve missed it. At the west end there is a remnant of what looks like a stone wall behind a big maple tree and among the ferns (at this time of year.) Look under the flat rock and watch out for ants. Cover well when you’re done.
