To find the Starbuck Hobo letterbox, you must first find the statue of the hobo on the south side of Starbuck. Read the brass plaque which explains why Starbuck has chosen to honor the hobos of the Great Depression. See what year the plaque was placed. Add together the last two numbers of this year.
Now look around and find a bridge which has a sign beside it with an arrowhead and the name of a trail. Walk across this bridge, and walk past the same number of trees on your left as the sum of the numbers from the hobo plaque.
When you have passed this number of trees, turn left. Follow the road until you come to the place where you can learn what year the town of Starbuck was founded. You will find the letterbox under the south side of the place where you found this information.
