CALIFORNIA HERE I COME!
Brookhaven Nature Park, Raleigh NC
This is a beautiful little park with nice trails to wander in. Enjoy the day and the hunt!
After parking, go to the picnic area to the L of the parking lot.
Go down the stairs to the right.
Make a Left at the first fork in the road.
Pass the signs and go straight.
Follow the trail on the paved path.
Cross between a log on the left and on the right.
Keep on going on the path until uyou see a large tree laid down on the forest floor on your left.
Next to this tree is a large stump.
CALIFORNIA is hidden inside the stump, under the bark. Please rehide me well!
This box is in the series "It's all About Me"
I spent my childhood until I married in California.
I always knew the state flower, but not the state bird. This is a stamp of the bird and the flower of California.
California can not hold a candle to the beauty of NC!
