*****NOTE****Box#1 & Box#2 have not been found, either by other boxers or us since replacing. Sorry.

This is the first box in the Bohrer Bear Series. If you'd like to do more, please see Muddy Creek Falls and Swallow Falls Swallow to bring with you.

Go to Swallow Falls State Park and park just past entrance in Falls Trail Entrance Lot.

Enter the Falls Trails.
Head toward Muddy Creek Falls.
Once you see the stairs to the top of the falls, there is a path to the left. Take that until you see the foot bridge going over the stream to the falls.
Head straight up the hill in a direct line from the bridge.
You'll be between two trees-one large and one small.
With your back to the bridge, turn to the right.
Follow this path until you come to a large boulder.
Stand on top of the boulder with your back to the water. Look at about 1:30 for a moss covered log that looks like a step nature built. Toward the right end of the step/log, you'll see a hole with sticks covering it. Move the sticks and you found #1!

Box #2

For this box, go back to the bridge. While crossing the bridge, count how many steps it takes to get across. Stand at the wooden step.
Head toward 1 o'clock. You'll see a group of moss covered roots. Stand there, facing down the path and walk the number steps across the bridge.
Turn to your left to see a group of trees. Take the number in that group (not more than 3) and multiply by 6. Go that many steps.
To your right, you'll see a thin, but well worn path.
Follow the path straight and you will see a tree growing on a large boulder. Go straight to the next big boulder with a group of trees. You'll see a group of logs and stumps and you'll discover the second treasure.

Box #3

Go back to bridge. Turn right to go between two boulders. Keep going straight until you go up a set of "natural" steps. Head toward the tree with 3 trunks. Go 10 steps, tun left and follow the path. Keep following the path until you see a tree on your left with 4 trunks. Turn right and go 15 more steps. You'll see a HUGE "L" shaped boulder on the right. Look to the left and below, and you'll see two large logs. The 3rd treasure is located there.

Please let us know if anything is missing or if our clues need to be refined. This is our first placement of a letterbox.

Bohrer Bear Series Part 2 to come shortly!!
