Cheney Mansion is located on the corner of Erie and Euclid. (232 N. Euclid).
Please be aware that we had to change the clues due to a change in the park scenery and a hornet nest.

BOX 1: Swanee River

Enter through the gate to the driveway. A plaque to the left will say “Coach House 232 N. Euclid.” Walk up the brick driveway and take the stairs on the right. Take the first right you come to. If you followed this path it would lead you back to just about where you came from. A couple of steps onto this path you should immediately take a left onto a small stone walkway. Once you are in the garden look for the lone, leafy giant in the middle of the yard. About 26 steps to the left of it you will find another gray stone path. Get on this path and head away from the house. You will come to a fork in the trail. Take the left path until you see the swan statue. Stop at this statue and turn 90 degrees to the right. You should be facing a stone pit with a bench in front. Step down into the middle of the stone pit facing the bench. Take four small steps to the right and at your feet you will see a mouse sized tunnel partly covered by a small rock. Your treasure is inside. Please replace the rock when you are finished.

BOX 2: Leafy Giant

Continue on the main path in the same direction. On the right you should see a tree-o. A little ways after this you will come to the end of the pathway but keep going straight on the grass. Now you must find a natural clock. On this clock there is a compass rose. Face East and take 25 steps to another tree. Take the small stone path around this tree. To the right of the tree is another stone path. Take this toward the white stone pedestal in the distance. When you reach the main path keep going until you reach the pedestal. Your prize is hidden in on the backside of the tree in a small crevice.

WARNING: Please be aware that this is a public garden. Be discrete when stamping and rehiding. Also, be sure to bring your own ink. Blue and green suggested. Our stamps are hand carved.

Thank you,
