On Oak Island, at the foot of the bridge at the intersection of Yaupon Way and Country Club Road, turn towards Cape Fear Development.
Drive down access road, which is the Old Bridge Road, that goes under the Oak Island Bridge and parallels it.
Drive all the way to where the road ends and the Intracoastal Waterway begins! This water highway goes all the way from New York to Florida!
Get out of your car and as you face the Waterway, walk down the foot path to your right by the last tall electric pole.
Tap 3 times on the hollow electric pole for an echo effect and look under the bolted plate for the silver "bullet" container!
It is tied to the large bolts for security reasons since the last one was removed! Enjoy and go exploring under the bridge after documenting your letterbox treasure. :)
