On Rt. 44 in New Hartford, park in the lot behind the Town Hall. Look for the path going north along the river. (Hint: there’s a light pole where it starts.) When you get to the point where another path comes in from the left, look at the big rock formation on the right. What was this? A chimney? Part of a foundation?
To the right is a smaller chunk. Look along the bottom on the path side. (Another hint: the light rock on top points down to it.)
