This letterbox is actually hidden the Wasco area of western, unincorp. St. Charles (village of Campton Hills).
Park in a gravel lot just north of Rt. 64 on Old LaFox Rd. The gravel lot is right next to the Great Western bike trail.
Take the path that goes west. (across the street from the gravel lot)
Pass by the red brick building on your left. After passing by the building, you should be able to look through the trees on either side of you and see fields.
Take the first path on your right. It will lead you to a red building.
Look up and around the building for the owl.
Stand under the owl and notice where his eyes are pointing. He is staring at the '3 brothers' (a 3 trunked tree)
You will take about 50 steps to get to 3 brothers, and when you do, you will notice that there is actually another trunk hidden behind the 3. We think that might be their mom.
On your way back to the car, you can take a rest on one of the benches by the path.
