This box appears to have gone missing. SORRY! We hope to check on it soon. As for now, many have attempted and none have found. March 2009

Anastasia and Alexandra are two sisters who lived in Annapolis for 4 years. Now they are moving to Canada. We planted this box before they left so a part of them will always be in Maryland.

Find the Catonsville Community Park and Senior Center. This is located at the intersection of Old Frederick and N. Rolling Roads. Drive around to the back where the playground is. You will see a sign behind the playground for the Catonsville Community Nature Trail.

Go into the woods. Soon you will see a fork in the trail. Take the left fork and go down about 1 dozen steps. At the bottom of the steps, go left again. Walk on this trail until you reach a grassy area on your left. Look left and spot a tree that used to have a fork (or two trunks). The left trunk is broken off. This tree is about 18 paces from the trail. Stand at the tree with your back to the trail and go around the tree to the right. Look for a hole in the trunk about 3 feet from the ground. In the hole you will find what you seek.

Replace the box and cover with bark pieces so it can’t be seen.

Warning: If the box is pushed too far, it will fall down a hole. Please be careful!
