I love animation, so I have decided to create a series of boxes based on some of my favorite animated films. This series will not include any Disney films; I love Disney films, but that's just the problem-- there are too many good ones to choose from-- and besides, there are probably boxes out there for many of them already. No 3D films films will be included either; there are some terrific 3D films out there, but there's just something special about traditional animation-- and it's easier to make into stamps, too.

Brad Bird has gained fame in recent years as the director of critically-acclaimed Pixar films, The Incredibles and Ratatouille. Less well-known-- but no less well-reviewed-- is his directorial debut, The Iron Giant. Based on "The Iron Man" by Ted Hughes, it tells the story of a lonely boy named Hogarth who finds and befriends a giant robot and must protect it from being discovered by a paranoid government agent. Though it didn't earn much in theaters, it has gained fans since for its beautiful animation, great cast and touching story.

Go to the park named for the man who was president in the year in which The Iron Giant is set. There's a lake in this park, not unlike the one that Hogarth and the Giant play in. Feeding into the lake is a small stream. Find where this stream begins. From here, go to the closest No Swimming sign. 150 degrees from this sign is a large white boulder. Under the south side of this boulder, covered with vines and bark, is the letterbox.

This is a very popular park, so please use extra stealth and make sure that the box is completely hidden from view when you're done.
