BUTTONWOODS FARMS
Get an Ice Cream!!! Checked - 4 July 09
This stamp is located in a "High End" Ice Cream place known as and is named "Buttonwoods Farms".
To get there you must be in Griswold CT on Rt. 165, We take Rt. 49 up through Voluntown. Then take a left onto 165 crossing a small valley with water on both sides. UP the hill you go, at the top to your left is "ButtonWoods Farms".
Great Ice Cream !!
You will need markers to create your special flavor!
When you pull in go extremely to your right & park at the end of the lot,... ( furthest to the right ) next to the "southern" stone wall (you'll be facing the farm). You will see 4 zig -zag trees,... go to the 4th tree down,...it will be the large Red Oak on your right,... look on the right side, directly behind the tree in the leaves at the bottom of the stone wall,(ground level)..in a crevice, for your prize! Please Rehide in Original Location & cover well, then go get that well deserved "Ice Cream"!!!
