On your way if you want to pick up some good grinders. Head north on rt 8 threw Winsted into Colebrook. After you pass the sawmill on the left turn Right onto Eno Hill. Follow to top of hill. On the left will be the driveway to pushing up daisies #29 .
You want to keep right of that drive way and drive threw the gates. About a mile down the road is a parking area on the left side of the road. There is also the boat lauch and a port a potty. This is were you want to park. If you were to cross over the damn there is anohter parking area and a sign stating that you are at Goodwin Dam also know as Hogsback Dam. So I placed my Funny Frm on Hogsback. Cross the street from the parking area and go around the yellow metal gatewith the sign the reads ( 251B all vehicles prohibited) walk down the paved road to the solo tree on the right . Head down the dirt road on the right.
To find Wiggy Piggy go to the second LARGE pine tree on the right with a large slanted boulder behind it. Look under the slanted boulder. Rehide well, it's close to the path. Now on to find Krazy Kow.
Keep walking down the path until you come to an island of trees. Look to your left to see a "LARGE" pine tree with lots of arms. Follow the fallen tree behind it to the end to find KRAZY KOW.
Looney Lamb - Head farther down the path . Go to the very LARGE boulder on the right that is about 20 steps off the path. Behind the two finger tree inside a large crack in the boulder you will find LOONEY LAMB.
COO COO CHICKEN- Go down the path until you come to a white sing on left that reads "no trespassing" STOP and turn around. Take a reading of 310 degrees. ( hint you are facing north if you are facing the way you came) Walk until you come to a stump on your left ( about 25 steps) in the stump under twigs is the COO COO CHICKEN.

Bonus Box: The funny farm is aslo know as the "nut house!" and where there are nuts there are SQUIRRELS GONE WILD"
Head back the way you came until you come to the "HUGE" boulder on the right go behind it to the largers rock bening held up by two smaller rocks. Look under it for the "SQUIRRELS GONE WILD " bonus box.

Well thats all for now. I would like to hide more up here on the other side of the road. I just have to find some time. But for now Happy hunting.

If you want to bring along a good sandwich to eat or stop along the way at the extra mart at the intersections of rt 8 and rt 20 (if the deli is open) they make good grinders or closer to winsted just after the college is JOhns imports. they also make really good grinders cheap.
I don't know about you but letterboxing makes me hungry.
