Park at the Euharlee History Museum(this is just inside downtown Euharlee by the covered bridge). Take a walk and enjoy the nice parks, playground, and museum.
When you are ready, start from where you are parked and proceed across the covered bridge (note the amazing fact that there are no nails or screws in the original construction). After crossing the bridge, start at the pavement and count 35 steps. Look to the left and find the faint trail leading to the upper picnic area. Proceed to the second picnic table. Standing at the end farthest from the road look toward the creek. Right in front of you, just inside the treeline is a stump laying on its side. The "bird" awaits you just on the other side of the stump under some leaves.
Please replace well so, others may enjoy finding.
